Isn’t that gym pretty awful. Why not play at Zanesville
Cambridge , Meadowbrook , West M , Tri Valley any would of been better options.

Do you suppose that when OHSAA gave Philo the game, they assumed that it would be at the new High School?
Something smells a little rotten here.
That district is just stuck in their old ways. Just think of how many years they whined to keep the D2 baseball regionals in the dump of Zanesville

Sounds like Fort Frye's roster is getting thin. If they can't pull this one out, I wouldn't have any problem cheering for our northern neighbors the rest of the tourney.

Seating is not great but I think it’s a gym Fort will like to shoot in.

Zanesville is hosting the D2 girls regional that night.

After I heard the matchup, I immediately thought Meadowbrook, but I was wrong too...

As the Southeast district complains about the million dollar scoreboard in the 14,000 arena, Fort Frye is playing in a gym with wood bleachers

It's a gym that morgan has played in every year. That is an advantage in itself

Really, they play in that gym maybe once a year. It’s not uncommon for teams in other parts of the state to play a district game in a league opponent’s gym. This excuse is so lame that even Job from the Bible is offended.

Those boys have been playing in the gym since they were little and the Fort boys have never played in it. This is an advantage even if it’s just for familiarity reasons.

According to Morgan AD the gym holds 1741. Both schools sold 400 tickets. Should be tickets at the door.

Basketball coaches at tournament time will go to extra trouble to practice in a gym like the one they'll be playing in. If they can't practice at the hosting gym, they might find one that's similar in proportion. They do it because it can make a difference in the team's performance.

Wasn't meant to be an excuse, just a factual statement
