ZT played bad tonight but their schedule has been brutal. The 6 losses are Eastern Brown, Unioto x2 , North Adams, Adena and Piketon. I dont think anybody has played a tougher schedule. They get LE in a week.

SVC is very simple.
4 decent teams and 4 way below average teams.
The four decent teams should have 8 wins without breaking a sweat.
None of the bottom four teams have come close to beating a top 4 team.

Turning out to be a 2 horse race with a big game next Saturday in Frankfort.

Unioto and Adena are the only two teams IMO to be above average this year. Both these teams should be convo bound.

Piketon & Zane Trace are simply average. Piketon can’t get over that hump against a good team. They have no quality wins other than Trimble. Zane Trace has had a tough schedule & proven they can compete but was non competitive at Piketon recently.

Southeastern & Pv have talent but just can’t seem to get it going this year. Both have underachieved.

Westfall is competitive against the lower half of the league but that’s it.

Huntington is just bad sorry but it is what it is

Could you put Huntington, Westfall, SE, and PV together and beat Unioto? I watched some of the Unioto/Huntington game. Unioto is a good team. Good guard play. Athletic bigs. The off the glass dunk was pretty impressive too.

Depends who’s coaching them

But yes there is plenty of talent between those schools to beat us.

I’d take the top 7 from those teams and have Westfall coach coaching them. Be an easy win for them

I thought Piketon would’ve beaten us or Adena at least once this year. Agree about PV and SE

Interested in how you could come up with a top seven from these teams to beat Unioto. Please list them that could come within 10 points of beating them.

I couldn't do it. I don't know the players. I was just asking if you could, seeing as they were the bottom teams of the conference, I was just curious if it could be done. Heck, I haven't even seen most kids play, was just a simple hypothetical question. No need to get excited.

Not getting excited. I think it’s a great question to ponder. Would like to see if anyone could come up with seven players that could pull it off. Just shows the gap between all the teams

Grubb (PV)
Dax Estep (PV)
Blackburn (Westfall)
Wheeler (SE)
Hall (SE)

Nunamaker (Westfall)
Estep (sE)

Have Westfall coach run the team and I like their chances

I’ve seen Huntington 2 times and the other teams 1 time each. In my opinion those 7 are better than any player Huntington has. Now if the coaches of the svc were making this list I’m sure there would be even distribution as to not leave anyone out but those are my top 7

Couple more teams out this week. Luckily (I guess), they play each other on Saturday, so only 3 games need to get rescheduled instead of 4.

ZT and Piketon. I was updated a little bit ago on it.

Tough season for ZT.
