Robertson with 25 tonight for 1,377.

Great season for the Tigers as they finish 20-4 and District Runner-ups. Very brutal D2.
Tigers beat some very good teams this season including D2’s Fairfield Union, Jackson, Hillsboro, Sheridan, and giving Wheelersburg their only loss.

SENIORS DEPARTING
Zeke Brown
Phoenix Wolf
Gage Wheeler
Eli Crabtree
Haydn Shanks (injured season)

Thanks to these Seniors for all the hard work and representing Tigers Nation very well.

It’s Waverly and then everyone else in SOC II next year. Better question is how far can they go in D2 tourney.*

D-2 is a beast in SE. They have a good chance to get to regionals but won’t be easy.

Waverly will be the favorite going into the season but not necessarily a lock. They will only have one big guy with the loss of Brown and lost a couple other good contributers. Wasn't anyone on their JV that's gonna be a big impact. It will be easier to pay attention to Robertson and he will probably see a lot of junk defenses

I don’t have any info but word is the Tigers had a very good summer (June). I did see some video of Braylon Robertson (incoming freshman) and I’d say he works his way into a starting spot.

Did anybody get a chance to see the Tigers this summer?

The inaugural (?) Hawhee Classic has some intriguing matchups, though many will miss the county schools in the old Holiday Tournament.

Another thought, with the schedule upgrades, are the Tigers over scheduled or is this what is needed for Waverly to be hardened for a tournament run?

Waverly had some significant losses. Robertson is a really good player, but defenses will be able to double him more and get the ball out of his hands more than the last couple years.
They’ll battle Minford and West for the league title, but their chance at advancing far in the tournament was last year without another frontcourt move in to help Futhey

I know injuries happen to every team but Shanks could have been a real difference maker on the hardwood.
