Perhaps people will forget about Coach Arey and his Indians. 6'6",6'5",6'4",6.5" and guards are learning to play.4 of those 5 played in last year's Berlin Highland regional game. JS

I said during our broadcast last night that Peebles would be the road block for a possible All TVC Hocking district championship. But how big is that home court advantage? Tomcats have been unbeatable at home this year. And who wants to drive from Peebles to Glouster? Ouch

I know right. Howie and Coach Arey are friends and competitors. Hope it happens. Like another drive to Athens. It's almost basketball 30.

I got the first-round matchup against Miller as a “trap game” for Fairfield.

Has Miller won a game?

They have not. FF is of course good, the favorites they are. Miller has played way better basketball the second half of the year than they did to start. Bartley has generally done a pretty good job with his squad come February in years past.

Miller’s league slate will have them prepared come next Tuesday.

Problem might be that Fairfield plays a tough schedule as well (Eastern Brown, Hillsboro, North Adams, McClain to name a few.

I think Fairfield wins big and gets a false feel of how good they are and then they give Fed Hock fits

I will say I haven’t seen many scores from Miller but do remember them playing Trimble better than I expected. Who have they played in the last month?

Not much in the way

Glad D4 gets 2 each year. For a long time it went back and forth every year and some darn good teams never advanced to regionals

It came across wrong lol. I’m glad to see you have recovered! Your Indians cause Trimble some problems if your guards can get it to your bigs. Hell I’m an Indians fan and love your coach. He is a good one!

Our boys will never quit. May not always win, this year of the 3 quarantines, but; were getting better at the right time. Tomorrow s makeup game with neighbor North Adams will help us for tournament. Then Fayetteville 2 will be a down right prize fight . Fayetteville is pretty big and play well.

-Don't sleep on Peebles, Coach Arey always has his kids ready to go come tournament time, not to mention they have some kids who have played very well in the tournament over the past few years. They understand how to handle hostile tournament atmospheres.

-The other sleeper is St. Joe, They can play with anybody in D4 on any given night and are very dangerous on the offensive end of the floor. The experience they gained last year during their run to the District Finals will prove to be very valuable come tournament time this year.

-Looking forward to some very competitive games in the tournament.
