Congrats to Waverly on the District Championship! That tough schedule really starting to pay dividends for the Tigers.

Robertson will go down as one of my favorite players to ever watch in SOC II (he in that Holden, Aldridge, Burleson tier). Good luck at Regionals Waverly*

Tigers advance to the Elite 8 with their 50-44 OT win over McClain. First trip to the Elite 8 since 1980. I was a senior that year and Waverly AD Bo Arnett was the point guard (senior).

WAVERLY SCORING
Trey Robertson 24 (8 of the 9 OT points)
Will Futhey 17 (11 second half), 15 rebounds
Braylon Robertson 6 (two big threes in the first period) and relentless defense.
Mark Stulley 3 (3-4 FT’s) and his usual defensive pressure.

With the 24 points last night Trey Robertson now had 2,031 career points.
