Give Wheelersburg credit they made a good game of it! Watched it online! But you have to give Coach Robertson and the Tigers a tremendous amount of credit! The last two games (Valley & Wheelersburg), their opponents were able to come into the game and slow the Tigers down. But Coach Robertson has able to make the halftime adjustments and controlled the 2nd half. Wheelersburg simply did not adjust to Waverly’s halftime adjustment.

Lol. I thought the crew called too many touch fouls. It looks like burg isn’t strong enough with the ball and they have a hard time handling the contact. Coach needs those boys to lift more free weights or drink raw eggs like Rocky.

I will say that the zone was a good move by coach. Waverly struggles getting into offensive rhythm with it. Now I know how minford beat the tigers. Minford zones but has more length, and they have more scoring options on the other end.

Congrats to Trey! One heck of an accomplishment!
Score was close because Trey had a really off night!

Trey had 11 points and 9 assists, pretty much exactly what he had at Wheelersburg last week. The difference was Wheelersburg scored 46 this time instead of 28.
Trey did miss a few shots he normally makes but people often overlook the other things he does.

I’m not taking nothing away from him, he is hands down best player in SEO, he just had a off night and every player has off nights every now and again!

I received a PM from someone calling me out on my post. I just went and looked and noticed I had spelled Throckmorton’s name wrong. I apologize for that and it has been corrected!!
