Different Scoring Leaders

Post by Ironman92 »

Didn’t know what to title but wondering how many teams have had 2 or more players go for 30+ in a game this season? How about 3 with 25+? 4 with 20+? 6 with 15+?

You hear people describe their teams saying they have 5-6 guys capable of going for 20…..but how many actually do?

Off top of my head I know Whiteoak has had Ashbaugh snd Barnett go 30+….I’m sure 5 or so other teams have done the same.

Jackson has had 3 different players go for 25+ Miller 31 @ South Point, Prater 27 vs Chillicothe and Winters 25 @ Chesapeake….any other team have that?

Jackson has also had 4 different guys go for 20 in a game adding in Campbell’s 20 @ Chillicothe

Jackson also 16 different players go for 16+ this year as Jarvis and Blankenship both have

And then you have Bragg who plays sparingly has been a 20+ in past years snd Spires out with injury went 19 2x last year.

Trimble, Valley, McClain, Fed Hock, Warren, Chesapeake and others may have same, similar or better.

I think Western has had 8 players in double figures now. Miller Whitt and Carter have all had 20+ and maybe Brewster once.

All of Websters top 6 have went for 15 at least once this year. Roberts dropped 33 on Minford and I don’t have a tally on the oak hill game but I’m certain TZ had at least 30 in that one

Northwest has had 4 kids.
Alex Baer and Jay Jenkins have been once.
The rest of the games have been Connor Lintz or Tanner Bolin.
All 4 have had 20+ point games and Lintz hit 30 once.

Portsmouth has had Daryionne Bryant, Kenny Sanderlin, and DeAndre Berry all go for over 20, with Bryant scoring 34 in his final regular season game vs. Coal Grove. Sanderlin and Berry will be back next season.
