Two years ago, my GI doctor told me that I didn't have to see him every two years for another "scope in my arse". They found 7 polyps back in 1995....zippo ever since. Myself...I have been taking a supplement that contains elderberry, zinc, tumeric (these support WBC formation), echinacea, L. acidophilus (gut bacteria) daily.

... please do Whs95fan! ... I look for a good size crowd as WE haven't been in the Convo since March 11th.2020- even then there was only a small crowd as I had a press pass to get admission to see this one in March of 2020 - a Fairland 68-58 win over Ridgewood in Regional action ...

Pfloyd was going but have to skip as a bit under the weather. Doc upped one of my heart meds for afib. Go the 22nd for a1c possibly have diabetes.

I had to wait for results, got the phone call from my nurse practitioner at around 5pm today - ALL is good ... key napkin stat descriptors - "stable" "unremarkable" ... I'm good to go for another year ... going to book life for the 22-23 season ... thank you all for your support ... time to get to the Convo tomorrow night for some D4 action!!!
