Hiland outscores Western 16-5 in the 4th quarter. I would say Hiland experience showed in the end. Hiland won by taking the ball inside and did not rely on the 3 as I think most people thought they would do. Great season by Western.
Hiland wins the Regional Championship but I will say I am 90% sure Hiland's season ends in the State Semi-Finals. The OU Regional was the weakest of the 4th Regions and believe Richmond Hts will not let its 3rd trip in a row to the State Tourney as the 2 previously have.

Nothing to be disappointed in, absolutely spectacular season. In a season where not many thought much of you and proving everyone wrong! Obviously not how you want to end the year but making the elite 8 is spectacular

Great season Western Indians! Congratulations to Hiland solid game. Western looked tight in this one but I think they will be back with these youngsters that got some time on the big court.

Yes no matter who won tonight,you won't beat Richmond Hts and there.all star team, next week at the state tournament, this has to Mark's best coaching job, since he's been at Hiland he started coaching there in 2006,we lost 7 sr's from last year's team, off of a 19-9 season,there was not much high expectations for this year's team, our league was very good from top to bottom, Claymont a 1-11 league record beats Garaway for there only win,so there was no easy nights off,our non league schedule was very tough,when we played the likes of Akron East, University School, Western Reserve Academy, to name a few teams we played, especially those three teams were probably better than any team we played in the tournament,I really think playing teams like that in the season, helps you get ready for the tournament

Congrats Western on a great effort tonight and a truly outstanding season.
