Do any of the "local" newspapers put out Basketball Preview Editions anymore?

... many of the local papers across Southern/SE Ohio "used to " put out pre-season editions for local hoops - the Portsmouth Times, the Ironton Tribune, the Marietta Times ... it was a great way to get the full rosters for teams in the OVC, SOC1 & 2, Washington County teams as well as some insight into each of the area teams being covered by the papers ... Stephen Forsha the Sports Editor for the Highland County Press has always done an outstanding job covering the teams west of Rte 23 in the SHAC and the FAC - the HCP runs their website for FREE so Mr. Forsha's info is even more valuable and good ... I don't subscribe to the online papers so any of the previews that may be done - I can't get anyway but was just curious if the hardcopy papers did anything anymore ...

The Jackson Herald will usually put one out for the Jackson Ironmen, the Oak Hill Oaks, the Wellston Golden Rockets and the Vinton County Vikings. I'm pretty sure that they also put one out for all four of the schools Girls Teams as well. Whether or not they all come out in one issue or not, I'm not sure.

The Athens Messenger has been eating up column inches with coverage of OU club hockey instead, almost every other issue. Go figure; must be an editor's relative on team.

I've got to get a copy of that if it's 32 pages. Marietta and Martins Ferry papers put out the best IMO.
