... through the first week of the regular season the Warren Warriors have checked off a bunch of boxes in answering some pre-season questions ... perimeter scoring? youngsters (9 sophomores/1 junior/1 senior) making up the varsity team? can they compete with the size, strength, quickness, speed of the varsity game? ... based on 2 games - the Warren Warriors are just fine ... the youngsters play as a TEAM , the perimeter scoring IS there, depth is not an issue as WHS goes 9-10 deep , size? strong, 6-2/6-4/6-7 size - the BIGS dropped 29 points in this one ... the bench of sophomores put up 28 points vs Belpre ... the sophs as a group ? 65 points vs the Belpre varsity ... in learning one takes their lumps, I'm sure the Warrior youngsters will have some "learning moments" but it IS a given they WILL learn and be a better TEAM coming out the other end of the moments ...
