Little action to watch during the falcons tourney run. Sophomore Myles Montgomery around 60 points away from hitting 1000 in his career.

That's awesome. His work ethic is second to none. Great youngman. Wish him the best.LetsRide wrote: Sat Feb 25, 2023 4:54 pm Little action to watch during the falcons tourney run. Sophomore Myles Montgomery around 60 points away from hitting 1000 in his career.
Think Erin Daniels Broke the school scoring record in 2016 she finished with 1629transplant wrote: Tue Feb 28, 2023 1:05 pm I would say yes. Record is held by Steve Yeagle with 1518.
She may have, I was just going by what is on Minford's website.SOC_Fan08 wrote: Tue Feb 28, 2023 1:51 pmThink Erin Daniels Broke the school scoring record in 2016 she finished with 1629transplant wrote: Tue Feb 28, 2023 1:05 pm I would say yes. Record is held by Steve Yeagle with 1518.
For some reason their website does not have anything on the Girls Basketball records tab but its under the 1,000 point club tab.transplant wrote: Tue Feb 28, 2023 2:02 pmShe may have, I was just going by what is on Minford's website.SOC_Fan08 wrote: Tue Feb 28, 2023 1:51 pmThink Erin Daniels Broke the school scoring record in 2016 she finished with 1629transplant wrote: Tue Feb 28, 2023 1:05 pm I would say yes. If Kayser keeps getting better as I think he will. Montgomery may not get there. I know I wouldn't bet against him not hitting 2000.The Ghost of Swanker wrote: Tue Feb 28, 2023 3:32 pm I see 2100-2200 in his future. Barring injuries of course.
Agreed… 1,000 in 40 something games already. Should make it there knock on wood. The Ghost of Swanker wrote: Tue Feb 28, 2023 3:32 pm I see 2100-2200 in his future. Barring injuries of course.
Thought about this as well, he'll get the Minford record for sure but with Kayser improving more and more he's going to be a major contributor scoring as well. Montgomery ppg will probably go down not by a lot but he won't need to put up some of the numbers he has. Going to be a fun team to watch over the next 2-3 years.BigBlueNation wrote: Tue Feb 28, 2023 3:38 pmIf Kayser keeps getting better as I think he will. Montgomery may not get there. I agree about Kayser. The kid is definitely shining right now. With him improving and outbursts of scoring each game, he will continue to be a huge contributor to the scoring column. It would be great to see multiple kids off of that Minford team hit 1000 by their senior year. They play so well together. Hopefully they can keep it positive and continue to share the ball. I look for Montgomery to hit 1000 against North Adams. This team should be a lot of fun over the next few years. Two kids have big shoes to fill with the Falcons losing Hannah and Crank.Tigernation2021 wrote: Tue Feb 28, 2023 10:46 pmThought about this as well, he'll get the Minford record for sure but with Kayser improving more and more he's going to be a major contributor scoring as well.
