Is Caldwell going to have a new football field ready this fall? Heard they were thinking of something better than county fairgrounds.

Not sure it will be ready this fall but it is underway, they're close to finishing all dirt work and have bleachers, lights and the plans for the athletic center on site ready to go. We had a kickoff dinner that was wildly successful last month and pledges from many local businesses for funding. I'm guessing it will be the following year when it is completed. It will have an 8 lane track, seating for 1500, the football field and the Tribe athletic center all on site. It is centrally located between the high school and elementary school in town. There is a ton of excitement for this, it is needed and our kids deserve it.

East Canton has confirmed to fill the field. If you are still interested please contact ASAP, unfortunately there is usually a team or two who back out and we have to replace. If three more schools contact I'll expand to 15 teams! Looking forward to summer hoops!

Cambridge and St. Clairsville should be two of the favorites in the East this year

What all do they have coming back? I'm sure Tri- Valley definitely will be right there but with the East getting two district champs I'm sure it'll be a good race again.

Literally everyone from their regional team and many will only be sophs and juniors. By far the best team i’ve seen this summer.

Liverpool will be really good. Maysville will be good. Just to name a couple. Stubenville young, but talented.
