What’s each team return?

I have no idea what Fort returns but I watched Caldwell in a scrimmage Tuesday, 3 days after their football season ended and they looked pretty good but i don’t know how good Eastern is at hoops. Caldwell is replacing Lori and Devolld, two All-Ohio guys and made the final four in football so I’m expecting this to be a tough game for them. I’m a bit surprised it didn’t get ppd. Based on the scrimmage I took in this is the longest, most athletic team i’ve seen there and I’ve been watching since I played there in the 80’s. We’ll see how the basketball part of it goes for them.

But I don’t know if Miller and Snodgrass will be ready to play yet or not.

Also interesting, Fort Frye and Caldwell play both their games in the first couple weeks of December.

Is Caldwell a full member of the new MOVL yet they play every league team twice except River, which they only play once,I thought it was this school year 23-24 they were to be full member

Final

Fort Frye looked pretty good tonight. They aren’t real big but are very athletic and can shoot pretty good. Caldwell has some potential but you could tell a lot of their guys just finished playing football a week or 2 ago.

Watching that game on a facebook live, Caldwell has the athletes but it looks like they should have considered pushing the start of their season back. They looked gassed early, I bet they had 30 turnovers, half of them unforced. They also missed several easy shots at the hoop. The guard for Fort Frye is a really good player and Fort is physical, they look to be much improved over the one time I saw them last year at Caldwell when they looked a lot like Caldwell looked last night!

To me, Caldwell’s guys just need some time to gel. They had a lot of plays last night where they just had guys not on the same page. Also going to the zone in the 2nd quarter killed them. Fort got some open threes from it and knocked them down and got up double digits and that pretty well did Caldwell in.
