JG has nice depth with a little bit of size and athleticism, they struggle with physicality. They are probably a year or two away from being really good, currently have 4 sophomores in the rotation.

Slaughter from New Phila is a great shooter, and has added some game off the dribble and is a really nice overall player. They lack depth, but play a very slow style that can keep them in games.

Cambridge has been bit hard by the injury bug losing 2 of their top 3 players with ACL’s. Barnett is a stud and will keep them in a lot of games.

Philo is young but has played some good teams tough.

River View is very junior heavy but has a good mix of athleticism and 3 point shooting.

Zanesville is much better than their record. Return one of the best guard duos in the district in Hampton and Doyle. I expect them to be in the mix.

Meadowbrook will struggle again, they are extremely young.

Don’t sleep on IV, very solid team who is battle tested. I don’t feel they are much if any behind those 3. Don’t know a ton about EL but I feel TV and Maysville are even. Maysville lost by 3 at TV in their first meeting, with the rematch awaiting next Friday. After those 4, St C, JG, New Phila, and Minerva are a toss up, and then it gets ugly.
