And after this beatdown, I'm not really sure what Howie is saving the "stomp" for, after the Drunk One proclaimed that he was saving it for the tournament. Oh, sorry Kenny Bixx, didn't mean to offend you. :D

Vinton County-68
Wellston-40

VC finishes the year at 12-0 in the TVC beating every opponent by double digits or more.

The Vikings are only the 3rd team in the history of the TVC/TVC Ohio to go undefeated in football and boys basketball.

On to Jackson.

They’ve been saving the stomp for a few years now. Has Howie stomped his last stomp?

Adena 59, Westfall 47

Another tough injury as Brody Clark (20.5 ppg) for Westfall appears to be done for the season.

Adena shot 11 for 16 from 3 on the night

Watched the Burg game, don't know how they won 10 games, last night they had 18 turnovers looked like a pee wee game.

Yes, very undisciplined with the ball last night. They normally take care of it better. I think West was setting the pace for too much of the game. But a win is a win.

Nice win Mohawks!
Nice win Mohawks? They want to be in a division with D4 teams because they never could win anything in SOC2? They should win every year. Sad how disrespectful their student section was and then the officiating was something else. Took out one of Westerns best players early second quarter … officials called foul on him. He was out for the game. Great effort Western… more class than any of them. Let’s see how far Northwest goes playing schools their size. Goodluck to both

As for the league the boys wanted to stay in SOC 3 this year.
Don't really know who made the decision to put them in the middle division. I assume that was voted on. The comment on the student section is kind of surprising, seemed like any other student section. As for the officiating, I've seen better called games and have definitely seen worse. The play you are referring to was a foul on #12 he was the one that made the contact on #1 as he was driving to the basket in transition. That's what I've seen the couple times I've watched the video of the play. I hated to see the youngman out for the rest of the game, hopefully you will have him back for the tournament game.

Yes, nice win Mohawks! I didn’t stutter. Sounds like Western didn’t show up to play and Northwest did. I expected a closer game due to this being the same Western team that took SOC 3 Champ Wheelersburg to the limit before falling at the end. Also, what is the ref supposed to do? Reverse the call because the player got hurt fouling somebody? I don’t like to see players hurt and hopefully he is ready to go in time for the tournament.

Again D3 vs D4.. bad officiating…. I understand why they didn’t want to stay in SOC2. Can’t win against their size

It was a 44 point game, I don’t care how bad the officiating is, it doesn’t make a difference of 44 points.
