I will get Logan's summer schedule of shoot outs, etc. - I really want to see Logan's 6-8 Kevin Fisher in action! he is a GREAT kid and will be an outstanding leader for Coach Helber this season as well ... he has a great sense of humor, gets along with a wide variety of kids in the building AND he is a solid, athletic 6-8 !!!!

... if the seop's world would please post the summer action for "their" favorite team it will give us all a chance to get out and see what some of the new look squads will put on the court this coming season ... thanks!!!

(a) Keep listening to the show on 970 Floyd ... probably gonna do a lot more hoops stuff as soon as baseball season ends ... going to have Jay Kline on soon and I would love to get Howie!
(b) I plan on driving up to Columbus in June to see how Athens does in the Columbus league - so you'll have a Bulldog update.
(c) lots of teams in the Bannon Classic - if Athens is in, I may go down and watch ... hanging out with Trojan Dave on his turf is an opportunity I can't pass up ...

As I look over the list, Warren and Athens are in a class of their own. Then the rest come after that. I have no ties to either school. Warren has enough back to be really good but the edge goes to Athens with Burrow and the two freshmen from last year. Their coach will have to really screw up for them to not be in the regionals(at least) next year. I understand Watson has a little brother who is going to be a freshman next year. They say he is just as good. I find that hard to believe. One word to Warren fans.,You won one regional.. stay humble, we were all happy for you and Coach Maddox. It is harder to stay on top of the hill than it is to get there. We also saw the game against ASVSM. Stay humble. Pfloyd you do such a great job you are right on, I think Warren and Athens could be 1 and 1a.

Ibi doesn't have a little brother ... you may be thinking of Anthony Stewart's younger sibling ... I haven't seen him play, but I highly doubt he is as good as Ibi at this point.

Athens and Warren will no doubt be DII ... I'm not sure many basketball teams will change bman, the biggest question will be Fairland ... if they remain DII, then 4 teams from each DII sectional go to the Convo ... if they go back to DIII, things may go back to the way they were and only 2 teams move on to the district tournament ... which would be a major bummer!!!

Coach Kline took the high road and threw out a thanks to Floyds efforts and appreciated the ranking ...

I, however, did not ... I had to get 1 dig in over Athens being #2 behind Warren - and made it clear NY probably shouldn't be below Trimble or Southern ...

Listened to the show tonight Bulldog, wish it wasn't cut short by the game but overall nice broadcast, pretty sure Pfloyd has is in the right mindset with my Warriors #1 though haha! Is it basketball season yet!? Go Blue!
