Yep, good game. N.A. hustles and getting better. Peebles had one player injured in first half. Peebles big kid fouled out with about 4 minutes left in regulation and an 8 point lead. Peebles missed free throws that would have won it in regulation. Peebles stalled the ball in first ot and missed shot for the win. North Adams hit 3 to start second ot. Peebles then went up by one . North Adams then hit back to back threes and held serve at the foul line. Arey 20 points, McCormick 22 for North Adams. Great game.

Good run down. Those free throws always do it

Yep that's for sure. Arey was really cold tonight. Ball scored 12 and the 6'5" Hawes kid that fouled out played well. After Hawes fouled out the McCormick kid kind of took over for North Adams.

Holiday tournament
Coal Grove 72
Cherokee 66
Huge win over the host school after losing their PG early to an ankle injury. Went down 14 points before making a comeback.
Championship Friday vs Keenan, SC
bhicks42 ... what time is this game today/tonight for Coal Grove ? ...

Image
I believe the final Friday night was:
Keenan 56
Coal Grove 48
Keenan was a super athletic team and very well disciplined. We had a bad start and just couldn’t get back. What a great way to spend a Christmas break for our boys and girls. Thanks to the Dawson-Bryant Coal Grove BOE, boosters and everyone else that made this happen. Both teams finished the week 2-1.

Pfloyd,

Take a long hard look at the Eastern Eagles of Coach Barrick. Very solid team. They'll be just fine in Division 3.

Agreed. Not just saying this because they beat us but they have solid guard play, size and a couple shooters. They will only get better. This is a solid team.

... ANY Coach Barrick TEAM deserves a long look - Coach B does it right with fundamentals and plays the brand of ball that his teams talent dictates ... what he expects from them - they do very well ... I usually see Eastern Pike at least once a season before Basketball 30 ... by not getting to Waverly tonight I will need to make a trip to Beaver Eastern to see the Eagles and Coach Barrick ...

Hope to make more sense out of the next ranking as I look at NY sitting behind 3 teams they beat.

Could be because they play the worst non conference schedule for any division 3 team in the state of Ohio. In their 10 out of conference games, the Buckeyes play 2 D3 schools and a D1, with 2 of those games being after the tournament draw. Do better.

Coach Barrick and the Eagles are looking pretty tough Floyd...we have some nice ball players and I think things are coming together. All winter out in Beaver we wonder if Pfloyd is gonna give us some love, this Winter I think the Eagles will deserve it.

Better than head to head matchups. Really? Can't do better than that.

I’d go this for the next rankings

1. Fairland
2. Logan
3. Fairfield Union
4. Oak Hill
5. Unioto
6. Chillicothe

7. Gallia Academy
8. Wheelersburg
9. Coal Grove
10. Eastern Pike
