I can't see him resigning because of that. He has coached before so I am sure he has experience with handling that and he has a daughter coming up to before too much longer.

I would expect Vohn Hoop to be interested. He has been in the system as a reserve coach and does a pretty good job.. This job may get a lot of interest with the talent they have coming up..

Sorry to hear about this news. I'd guess Hoop would be the guy but w/his daughter graduating I'm not sure how much interest he'd have. What about the ones interested last year?

Vohn Hoop,Peebles reserve coach will be putting in for the varstity job at Peebles.I spoke to him today and he informed me that he will be applying for the job this week.

He would be my choice if it were up to me, good person and seems to be a good coach. Strange that Doddridge would resign given the talent that folks are saying is coming up. I'd say Peebles girls is still a year or so away from challenging for the top of the SHL

I'd imagine there'll be some more interest in the coming weeks. Seems there was a lot that applied last year that will probably be interested. I agree they should be pretty good in the coming years.

Can't imagine that the job wouldn't be given to the JV coach as long as he wants it. He's been in the program for the last few years and has been successful.

You really can't imagine it???
There have been several JV coaches around that were not even given the opportunity to get the Varsity job. My gosh,.... there have been Varstiy coaches, with successful records, that couldn't even get there own coaching job back. I have nothing against Peebles JV coach but it doesn't mean the job is his. Heck, I don't even know if he wants it or not, but nothing would surprise me
