Dick Reed, Anthony Ogden, Billy Jo Justice, Frankie Stephens, and Stan Doddridge have all taken a turn at head coach since 2000. That does seem to be a lot of turn over but Manchester and West Union has been similar.

You forgot 2 others. Brock Caldwell and John Kennedy. 7 in 10 years time. I'd say that is quite a bit of turnover!

That's worse than I thought. Hard to establish any continuity with that kind of turnover.

Billy Crum the shoe stealer?

Has Stephens or Caldwell applied? Both have coached fairly recently in the league.

AD hiring people based on who they like and dislike, not who is the better coach.

I don't believe the AD hires, but they DO recommend. So is it true that we have a new AD?......I wonder who his friends are?

Wouldn't be ideal if we let the coaches coach, the kids play, the parents parent, the fans cheer, and the people in charge do their jobs?? What an interesting concept.

There is no new AD at this time. There have been 2 the past few years and 1 may resign his position.

I've heard that PHS has a Physical Education job opening, if this is true, why would they not try to get Mcfarland in there to fill the role of AD and teacher, and maybe coach a sport?

We had McFarland as Head Varsity Coach and someone screwed that up for some reason....we never did get a legitimate reason as to why he was replaced.

That might make too much sense goldbond. First, we would need to run it by the group that seems to run everything and no, I'm not referring to the administration.
