FF big in this one. Caldwell didn't handle pressure well against River. If they want to compete they need to step up.

They won't compete....honestly, if Caldwell wins more then two or three games all year I will be surprised. They play East Richland Christian so they will get at least that one. They played in the preview after my boy's reserve game last Friday, man they have no direction. They have a 6'2 girl standing at the top of the key offensively and watching. They don't do anything fundamentally correct. Girls program is in a sad state right now. There isn't a lot of hope offered by the reserve team either.

Don't put a whole lot of stock in previews. Those things are for the parents enjoyment and the schools to make money. They are pointless for a basketball team. I've seen previews where coaches mimic each other & whatever defense one plays the other plays, or posts playing as guards and vice versa. I'm not saying Caldwell has a chance vs Fort Frye but I wouldn't base an opinion on a 2 quarter preview.

Team infractions left them a couple players short the first game.
