Last year it's the Brooks girl who was selfish and not a team player, now you are finding someone else to pick on? Get a freaking life!!!!

You go over the Belpre thread to bash a girl who moved away, you bash your own players. If these kids have any problems they start with their own families!

lose by one at New Lex. Thats a tough place to play. Any MVL team is tough to play. Always physical in the MVL. To go in there and play to a one point loss shows that the team has promise of being very competative. Good luck in the next outing.

I see see Martha Kunkler only scored 4 points for New Lex. Was she sick or injured? If not, what kind of defense was played on her. If it was straight man to man, what Warriors guarded her?

Kunkler distributed the ball and had 7 assists, took what was given her and didn't force anything.

MVL plays some good basketball, New Lex is a tough place to play. Sounds like the Lady Warriors played hard!

So it sounds like Warren must have played a defense designed to make other players than Kunkler beat them, which it seems worked out that way, but barely!

Watched the First half vs Portsmouth game,. . Warren pressured ball real well, shot ok, had a good lead then went dry and let Portsmouth back in by halftime. .not to bag on Portsmouth, but as big a school as they are lacking in some basic bball skills. . .Dolak looked agressive and made some shots, McKenna played strong just wasn't totally in sync with the offense, Ryan will get better each game with experience, can't teach height. . Lauer struggled shooting from 3 pt line, Rauch? shot the ball well with a couple of threes, Richards looks very quick alittle out of control but i think will get better each game she gets. . couple other starters had real good hustle. . . .IMO team still looking for that true team/floor leader, scappy bunch. . .wish'n them well this season and injury free. .

The Brook's, Poages, and Ryan's are excellent people with great kids. Know them all and proud to have them as friends. Ryan does a good job and cares about the kids. More than some of the people who post on here. This should be a place to support and not show ignorance. Nuf said!

tiny, you are giving "bubbles" a bad name. and that says a lot...if you do not like something about a coach, i have no idea why you feel the need to spew your garbage all over washington county, or why you think it is relevant. no one really cares what negative things you have to say. cowboy up, take it to the coach and quit whining to the rest of us, unless you really like to act like a spoiled brat. then just keep it up! your true character is showing.....

I'm sure, tiny bubbles, you mean "long season" as in "run to regional finals and beyond"
What a nice compliment on your part. Thanks!

Game tonight against Logan cancelled...the Lady Warriors next see action against Jackson on 12/23 in Vincent, provided it stops snowing by then!
