don't know much about Fort Frye..but hopefully Belpre can pull off the win in the season opener..GO EAGLES!!

Fort Frye girls are 2-0.This is a team that starts 3 freshman.The teams best player 6-1 Sammie Hanson is out after tearing acl in volleyball and she is only a sophmore.This team has a BRIGHT future.FINAL 76-45 Cadets

tough outing for the lady eagles, FF ran a nice motion offense that capitalized on belpre miscues and shot the 3 ball very well, their 3 freshman show upper classmen poise and handled belpres pressure very well, belpre struggled shooting all night and looked offbalanced chasing FF motion offense. . . Crislip shot and a few threes, flowers who could at anytime light it up from 3 land also had a tough nite shooting. . . fitch, leftwich, & hasley were held in check by a tough defensive effort by FF. . .Leftwich back from injury looked tired at times just not in basketball shape yet, returning from a rib and head injury. . .FF was on their game tonight, congrats to them, and Lady Eagles good luck next monday vs NY @ home....
