Re: SOC II Standings
tough league . The Oaks are having an exceptional year considering how deep the league is
Re: SOC II Standings
I think what's funny is some parents caused problems with northwest coaches last yr only to have coach resign and move on with new coaches and same team coming back only to see a 1-6 start!!! Any explanation as to why they are struggling?

Re: SOC II Standings
Thats not completely accurate. I'm pretty close to the situation so I'll speak. I don't recall any parental problems. Coach Spears is now retired from teaching and coaching and enjoying life more than I am right now. He is a good coach and great person for those who know him well.
As for the girls record this season, they've lost a few close where a possession here and a missed shot there has been the difference. The new staff are excellent coaches and the team is has good things in front of them. They are 1 and 6 in the SOC II which is a very good conference. I believe NW is 4 + 0 in non conference play. This only speaks to how strong the soc is, I look for NW to finish strong much like last year.

Did Northwest beat West last night? Anyone have a score. I struggle to get to the Thursday games?
