Foul shooting is much improved this year. Guard play for the Cadets is solid, with no problems getting the ball up the court.
Three point shooting has been good for FF. Cadets rotated eight girls with no slowdown. Coaching is good at the Fort!
Fort Frye had three girls with four fouls each in the fourth quarter.
As for South, their 6'2" center got her points, but sat the third quarter with foul trouble, and was not a factor in the last quarter.
Next up fir the Cadets is Wheeling Park at Westbanco Arena in Wheeling on Dec. 13th.
Next home game is vs. Hannibal River on Dec.19th.

First off, we only play 7 not 8. Zalmanak and medley come off the bench. When ross comes back from injury she'll be part of the 8. Second, ff had numerous turnovers in the back and front court in this game. They don't have a true point guard so they are prone to struggle vs pressure. They play very good defense as most liedtke teams do. Their best attribute is they hit the boards and box out very good for a team lacking size. Three point shooting tonight was a struggle, but they have archer and huck who can definitely fill it up. Once liv schneider finds her touch ff will have 3 who can light it up at any point. Very solid team and playing a very solid schedule. Vinton and Warren both will present problems with their size. Hoping for another good tourney run
