May come down to transfers. Didn’t Unioto get another kid to transfer from a league opponent this summer. Piketon should be a year older and had some very nice young talent.

Basye tried to transfer from Huntington to Unioto, but went back to Huntington after the ruling came down that she would have to miss time.

I wouldn't count out Adena either. They have a Freshman class that could have a couple impact players.

Pretty quiet on the preseason front. Has anyone managed any scrimmages?

I know Huntington scrimmaged Waverly last night. I think Waverly won the majority of the quarters. Aside from Basye, Huntington really struggles it seems like.

Most teams have gotten in at least a couple games. What's everyone seeing or hearing(cause Covid)?

Adena can clinch at least a tie for SVC crown with just 1 more win

The league seems way down. Have seen all teams play and just don’t See any team making a tournament run. Adena is solid and well coached but after what EB did to them I just don’t see them advancing too far. I do hope I am wrong tho

EB beat them up pretty bad, but Adena was without 2 of their top defenders. Not good for a team built on defense. They only had 5 varsity players and one of them was playing her first game in 2 weeks. Don't get me wrong, EB is better, but that wasn't a good measuring stick.

Their other loss came to 13-3 DII McClain, just a couple days later with the same scenario.

Adena will go as far as their defense can take them, but the Southeast district is tough.
