Another amazing run for the Wildcats! That program is outstanding and it seems to me that it will be for even more years to come as well

The fact they just won the state title, would make them the top DIV program in the State.

It makes them the top team in the state this year. Generally the “program” conversation is about sustained success over a number of years.

It makes them the top team in the state this year. Generally the “program” conversation is about sustained success over a number of years.
Well, if you want to get technical it means they were the top team that day at that time. Had the game been on a different day they might not have won. Just sayin.
