West 1

Northwest pulled their defenders up and West had a man constantly past them but the defenders couldn't get the ball to him. They only had two shots the whole game.

Waverly had won the two previous games with the Pirates. At the Burg,it was Tigers 7-0. At Piketon when the two teams played again, it was Tigers 7-0. Continued improvement for the Pirate JV!

Got down early on mental errors...1 goal the goalie had caught the ball and was bringing it to his chest, lost control of ball, dropped it, and bounced off his ankle into goal. Last 55 - 60 mins were dead even...missed a few opportunities to get back in it. Was definiately a good tune-up for tournments.

It's ridiculous that Waverly has such a horrid field that they would give up home field advantage just so they have a worthy turf to play on. Dang.

South Point...West was probably there for Jr. High volleyball.
