I didnt say anything about pointers have a difficult schedule, and galia is a D2 school and the only reason they have a bad record is because they play really strong teams, pointers captain Lien is all i was mentioning, he is an all around solid player with VERY little team to worl wth

Yes, Peebles boys are 2 games away from Gold Ball. Play West Union Friday then Ripley next week.

Peebles boys also plays Minford this Saturday, 9/29, at Peebles at 2:00pm. From my understanding this should be a good game. Does anyone have Minfords record by any chance?

Good point ACM Gallia consistently plays a tough schedule every year so that when they have a good season they have some bragging rights within their district seedings. SP has always played them tough, I think we went like 2-3 against them when I was in HS. Gallia, along with Burg and East Carter (KY) are generally the best teams on SPs schedule. With that being said the loss to Gallia hurts and was probably one of the poorest games SP has played all season. Have to play more consistent as this season comes to a close and into tournament play!

Leesburg Fairfield 1 Lynchburg Clay 2

Interesting: Lynchburg Clay has beaten Fairfield Leesburg, Leesburg has beaten Eastern Brown and Eastern has beaten Lynchburg. Leesburg did spilt with Eastern (Lost 4-0, won 1-0) in their two games. Eastern plays Lynchburg again and Lynchburg plays Leesburg again. Three very capable teams...wish there were more cross district games to see how they would fair in the East!
