The only significant change is on goal kicks. I also like getting rid of the drop ball and possession going back to the team who last had possession.

I didn't copy and paste the whole document because of the formatting (underline and strike throughs), but this small section was easy to clean up to show the new goal kick section of the change.
16-1-2 SECTION 1 GOAL KICK
ART. 2…Players opposing the kicker shall remain outside the penalty area until the ball is in play.
Rationale: Clarifies when the ball is in play.
16-1-3 SECTION 1 GOAL KICK
ART. 3…Once spotted, the ball shall be kicked from the ground from any point within the goal area by a player of the defending team. The ball is in play when it is kicked and moves.
