Webster returns the most IMO with what they had last season and may be favorites going in.
Burg lost one of the best players in the state along with a few key seniors, but still got a good returning cast no doubt.
Northwest lost one of the top scorers in the state and a few other key seniors, but a solid core returning so could keep games interesting.
Minford lost a few, but think they will be even better than last season with what they have coming back.
Waverly and West were both really young and got better as season progressed, so could close the gap a little if they all come back out.

I can see it being a dogfight toward the top half again

Interested to see how this new divisional breakup shakes out...may seperate a few of these teams come tourney time :?:

As far as I know, Northwest is still looking for a boys coach.

Northwest still hasn’t named a boys coach officially to my knowledge. Sad to see what Coach Josh Keeney did to get that program turned completely around and nobody step up or want to continue it. Just the unfortunate truth that soccer is still undervalued in this area. You’d have about 2-3 programs in the SE district with a list of 3 or more guys apply for any opening.

With all that going on, losing the bulk of your team and best coach the program (maybe the school?) has ever had, they’re losing Evan Mitchell to Burg. Interesting decision but cannot blame the kid for wanting a more stable and consistent program to continue his career.
