I am not saying that the nine starters will be better than last year's nine but the team as a whole will be more athletic and will have more depth.

I hope the best for the Vikings this year. But trust me, Baseball is a very, very difficult sport to put down and pick back up after a few years.

East Coming of a disappointing season last year will look to improve. Rumors of Track being dropped will help the team, As I recall the Garretts and Rawilins ran for the Tartan track team and if they decide to play baseball then East might be a tuff team to Beat. Returning Senior David Blair will bring some needed leadership to the Tartans.

Good Luck on the upcoming season Tartans!

I dont know about western. They graduated about quite a few seniors last year I belive and I htink they were mostly the back bone of the team. Not sure about the pitching although I think there were quite a few freshman to sign up.

dont sleep on western they had a very young team with alot of freshman and now that there a little older if they work hard and give it all they might be able to surprise some teams this year but its all up to if the coaches push them and how hard they work.

Symmes Valley or Notre Dame, dont know much about returning players for either but they both are usually strong each year. Look for a close call in SOC 1. But dont count Eastern out just yet.

ND has 7 returning starters.

I'm looking forward to watching Clay this year, they're gonna be pretty tough this season. It's gonna be sad seeing their good seniors gone after this year, they're probably the best on the team. Like Kyle Pollard, Brady Carter and Morgan Garett.
Their most dominate player would probably be Kyle Pollard, he knows how to hit the ball well and is a great, reliable center fielder. I've seen this kid do great at base running. He steals a lot and runs pretty dang hard...I can see him breaking Clay's stolen base record.
But overall, the team has potential and is gonna do great this year!
Good luck boys!!!
