WOW WHAT A GAME!!!!!! WARRIORS WIN......LAST AT BAT, COME FROM BEHIND . GALLIA PLAYED SOME COMEBACK BALL THEMSELVES IN THE TOP OF THE 7TH, BY SCORING THREE RUNS WITH NO OUTS. Z-MONEY GOT ONE OUT ON A STRIKOUT AND FARR BROUGHT TP IN FOR RELIEF. TP STRUCK THE NEXT TWO OUT TO CLOSE THE TOP OF THE INNING.
TYLER PROCTOR LEAD OFF THE BOTTOM OF THE INNING WITH A SHARP SINGLE IN THE HOLE AT SS.
ZACK HEATH BURNED THE RIGHT FIELDER WITH PROCTOR RUNNING ON THE PITCH. PROCTOR WAS ABLE TO SCORE AND HEATH MOVED TO SECOND WITH NO OUTS.
SCOTT PETTIT SQUARED TO BUNT AND THE BALL WAS IN THE DIRT-PASS BALL HEATH MOVED TO THIRD.
NEXT PITCH ANOTHER PASS BALL , HEATH SCORES WINNING RUN. GREAT GAME BOYZ.

WARREN 6------GALLIA 5 LEAGUE CHAMPS

WARRIORS TAKE TWO FROM SPARTANS

GAME 1.....WARREN 13..........ALEXANDER 3...5 INNINGS

GAME 2.....WARREN 14..........ALEXANDER 1...5 INNINGS

Warren improved their season record to 20 and 3 with todays games. Coach Farr pitched fresh.man Danny Pennell today in the first game. Not bad for his first varsity start, and will only improve over the next 3 years. Very windy and chilly for baseball today. Several balls hit today would've been hits on a normal day, but several also dropped that wouldn't have been. Dakota Douglass pitched the second game and turned in another impressive performance. The team hit much better in the second game and seemed to be more focused.
Monday we need to have total focus and an aggressive attitude to make a tourny run. Good luck boys, and tell your mothers you love them .

That game was insanely long, Warren had the necessary RISP three times in the extras.

well done, Warriors, the defensive effort was spectacular from the 6th inning on. and offensively, well, we won.

Way to go Warriors! Now it's time to earn the respect of the Waverly coach.

Another challenge overcome by these young warriors. Pressure games help them become even more of a team. They never lost composure and played like they were winning the entire time. Several times we had runners in scoring position and different players were put under the gun to produce. Several times contact was made and Jackson made great defensive plays to end the inning. The warriors never let down and kept the pressure on. Tyler Proctor came in and held Jackson to 2 hits and no runs over 6 innings to keep the team in position to win. GREAT GAME MEN IN BLUE :) :)

Cap,

Did Waverly's coach make some kind of comment I'm not aware of?

It is a recent development that I'm sure coach will use for bulletin board material.

Waverly's coach has a lot of class and is respected throughout SE Ohio. Why bring something like this up? I guess you'll see how much class Waverly plays with soon enough.
