There wasn't anything straight away center, but I would say it's about 330 at the most. But as stated earlier, probably 1/2 of Burg's HRs have been on the road.

makes sence because half the games are played on the road lol just having fun

burg is a hitters field but so are half of the major league fields. imagine how bad it would suck for hitters if every high school field was 380 in center and 340 down the lines

There is a lot of talk about the dimensions of the Wheelersburg field and it being a hitters park. I never hear anyone talking about how rough it must be for their pitchers to have to pitch half of their games there every year. If the park is such an advantage to their hitters, wouldnt it be the opposite for the pitchers?

No way that Wheelersburg's RF is 305. Waverly's is 300 and it looks a lot farther than Wheelersburg's.

How can 300 look alot farther than anything? You can't judge the distance of the fence by you eye.

^^ They have some sluggers on Burg!

7 different players that have hit homers and a team total of 25 is very good.

Uh, yeah. I'm pretty sure you can. Many people could look at two fences, one at 250 and the other at 300 and say, "Well, that fence is much farther than the other one." So to you, dennis, yes, you can tell a distance of a fence by YOUR eye. Thanks.

anyone can judge a 50 foot diffeance, but 5-15 feet is a little tougher to judge

True. But there is no 5 to 15 foot difference between Waverly and Wheelersburg's right field fence. I'm thinking 20 to 25 feet. Something that any eye should be able to see. If not, consult a doctor about your problem.

i think it is safe to say waverly is much bigger than wheelersburg. but either way, a homerun is a homerun no diffeance if it is hit 290 or 420
