Marietta Times article today says the game is in Marietta. Are they wrong?

Meigs and Fairfield Union will host sectional finals since they are on the upper part of the bracket. I disagree with this. I think the higher seed should get the home game, but I'm not the ones making that decision.

That's dumb!!! Why seed the teams then? Shouldn't higher seed be home!! What about that team that falls down on the lower part of the bracket? Wow, what a dumb idea!!

It's my understanding that you essentially "capture" your opponent's seed. Meigs takes Jackson's #2 seed and Marietta takes Gallia Academy's #3 seed, which allows Meigs to be the #2 seed and the home field.
