Not 100 % certain, but on another thread it says that Eastern Brown plays Adena at 11:00 a.m. this coming Thursday in a Regional semi-final. If that's the case that means that Adena beat Minford and Eastern Brown defeated Zane Trace. I have no idea of the scores in those District Finals though.

Edited for scores:

According to WKKJ out of Chillicothe:

Eastern Brown 7
Zane Trace 3

Adena 7
Minford 2

So, does Wheelersburg play the winner of Eastern Brown & Adena?

Eastern Brown (25-1) vs. Adena (27-2)

Eastern Brown is a good baseball team. Their only loss was to Adena in the regular season. EB never trailed ZT on Saturday as the Pioneers left 10 runners on base.

ZT never came up with that big hit that carried them throughout the season
Catcher Beau Dailey seemed to carry them at the Plate but EB pitcher Orr shut down the big bats of the Pioneers.

ZT had a pretty good season after losing five really good baseball players from the 2007 team that went to the regional finals. 25 wins, district runner-up and SVC co-champs. Plus, beating some real good teams non-league.

The Pioneers actually over achieved what I thought they would considering the lose of those five players
CF, Both Pitchers, catcher and SS. Ron Allen does a great job there and has turned that program into one of the top programs in Ohio.
