LOL, some civil Burg fans must have sent out information to the voters.

It is much deserved, IMO.

Also, #5 in D2 Washington CH survived a scare in the Sectional Semis, with a 2-1 win over Logan Elm

I find it funny that the Wheelersburg faithful say they don't care about the poll and the only thing that matters is the tournament, but everytime a new poll comes out many of them are on here shouting about the Burg getting no respect. People, It's a coaches poll. You have coaches from the Northern part of the state, that have never seen any of these teams play, voting! It will never be a perfect situation.

I really dont think thats it. Its more about the RESPECT for any team in the SOC or surround area. Just take a look at what happened to the SW Lady Jeeps In basketball season an its the same Principal " NO RESPECT " for Southern Ohio Schools. JMO>

I agree. It's not that we are mad that Wheelersburg, our team, is not getting votes. It's that this area which is just as good as any other area in Ohio doesn't get the recignition they deserve. I mean people up north know we are down here trust me. I have talked to people around Cleveland area and when they ask where I am from I always say it's a small town on the river called Wheelersburg and more than half the time people answer yeah I've heard of them they are always good at sports. So people know who we are and that we are down here they just dont respect us.

Can we get some Eastern Brown folks on here to complain about no respect too? They are something like 20-0 and they haven't been higher than 18th and aren't even on this poll. So, Wheelersburg is definetly not the last undefeated team in the state.

No they aren't but I'd say the are 1 of 2. That's pretty impressive by both teams.

the adena vs eastern brown game was a good ball game. Adena is playing its best ball right around tourney time. excited to see if they jump the almighty wheelersburg for #1.

That is probably a given for the final poll and deservingly so. I look for Burg to fall between 3rd and 5th.
