So I saw that Westfall has a share of the SVC title, but if Unioto wins the last 2, they’d have the same number of losses with Unioto winning the head to head. Is that not how it works?

It would be co-champs if Unioto wins two.

Exactly. That’s why it would be a share (if Unioto can win the last 2)

They play all the same teams, so it’s not like the schedule could even be argued either.

5 teams in the Districts, with at least 2 playing for District titles is a pretty solid year

...and I am sure that the league is way over .500 in the non league. It is usually the only boys sport in the SVC that can do that year in and year out.

Yes, something like 15-16 games over

Coach Combs picked up his 200th victory today, then you have guys like Yates, Taylor, Thomas, and Allen who have well over 1200 wins between them and that’s some great coaching. Which was probably needed more than ever this year after we missed a year

Coach Free will get SE going if given time, while P. Thomas and Teeters are also fairly new to their programs, but won sectional titles today.

That longevity and knowledge, along with some awesome talent, is what gives the SVC a slight competitive edge year in and year out
