New Boston Drops Baseball for 2008

I heard yesterday at the Wheelersburg vs. Clyde scrimmage that New Boston has dropped baseball for the 2008 season due to a lack of players. I hate to hear that for the kids who were out for the team.

I also heard mthere not having peewee softball either, Does anyone know if its true or not?

What kids like Howell and Salsberry going to do for baseball as Howell was supposed to be one of the top players in the SOC I this year.

Maybe that explains why our double header is canceled saturday
