The Wellston at Vinton County baseball and softball games that were scheduled for Thursday, April 3 were rained out. No makeup date as of yet. Wellston has yet to play a game, baseball or softball.

will the rockets be able to field a team since some of the players are doing
some things that they shouldn't be doing, or will once again Wellston coaches and
admin. turn the other way.

oldlefty, wellston has about 14 players playing on varsity, and even more on junior varsity, so i'd say they have more then enough to field a team. and for the accusations you are installing on wellston, maybe you should get your facts straight, it was a RUMOR, and that was it.

VC has played two game and won both. Big game tonight at Alex though.

lost to alex 8-5 but didnt play well for the first four innings.
