One of many good teams in the tough Scioto Valley Conference in 2012.

Adena at the top way ahead of the pack this year in a strong SVC. ZT/Streaks and maybe Shermans battling for second fiddle.

Very tough team in a very tough league. Depending on how the weather affects the schedule, Piketon could win it all! They are more than just Farmer.

I don't see Adena being way ahead of the pack.

Just don't say anything about them being a one man show or their coach will get a little upset. LOL

I think they will contend for another district title.

(If Farmer pitches every tournament game) Ha Ha

They'll be almost impossible to beat when Farmer is pitching and pretty darn tough to beat when he's not. They have good pitching depth and will make a run at the SVC title, as well as another District Championship.

The SVC will be as tough as always, every night will be a battle.

Don't count Westfall out boys!! Stonerock is a beast, and also heard Williamson is coming back to play.

Adena is WAY ahead of the pack and if history repeats its self Adena will never even see Farmer!! Farmer is a great talent but is protected by the Piketon coaching staff to insure he gets his wins. Mr. Farmer is a legit D1 pitcher or possibly a draft choice but need's to screw his head on straight and realize that what he brings to the table is a dime a dozen across the country and put his attitude in check. wish him the best of luck but he needs to mature.
Unioto will be second in SVC followed by ZT then Piketon and Westfall.

By the way, what an awesome league in SE Ohio not to be out done by the SOC, Go Burg!!

Something is lacking just a bit with Farmer . Last year at va kid from Portsmouth sent one over the scoreboard . Farmer greeted him at homeplate laughing and shook the kids hand . Im sure pro scouts and d1 colleges would have been real impressed .

Never shook his hand. Funny how this story gets a life of its own. The kid is only kid all year to hit the ball hard off him with excepion of Stonerock. Its a high school game.... Kid having fun. Would you rather he throw is glove and melt down? Kid just cant win. Jealousy in SE Ohio is amazing......

I have no problem with a pitcher giving kudos to the HR hitter.....big deal he's a good sport.
