I have a copy, and Jeff has done a lot of work in compiling the info about Trojan baseball.........I didn't realize PHS had such a long and strong baseball history until Jeff published this info.
Thanks, Jeff for doing such a great job!!

I remember Larry Hisle coming into our locker room when we played Portsmouth East in junior high. Would have been about 1974. He was a class act.

There's a lot of history in Portsmouth with the baseball program. I would love to see it.

My brother sent me a copy, and I was very surprised at the quality and contents. Great Job...Also, I was reminded of the proud tradition of PHS baseball...In all those years only a few seasons that were not successful....Thanks for the memories and I would suggest if you like PHS sports to buy a copy...Very worthwhile and great Christmas gift.....wipalawalt

Well done Jeff. I didn't realize the amount of talent that has gone through the program over the years. Comparing pictures with names of college guys in the back of the book, the 92 team had 10 guys that went on to play college baseball. That's pretty impressive. Curious about some of the other years, I didn't recognize a lot of the faces to put a name to them.
