That is great to hear. How hard does he throw or is he a crafty lefthander? Best wishes from Nelsonville-York.

Fisher Catholic was in a close game with Grandview last night in Columbus....the score was 2-2 going in to the 6th inning.....Donson was brought in in the 6th inning and shutdown the Grandviews hitters as Fisher wins a 3-2 game to remain in first place tie with Liberty Union ......who they play today in Lancaster......Donson might be able to pitch some in relief since going 5 innings last night and stricking out 10 batters to raise his total to 53 in only 31 innings pitched....he also raised his record to 5-0 on the season.......Donson's next start is monday against Licking Heights,,,,,,Go ''Dangerous'' keep smokin  :-D :!:

Fisher Catholic clinched their 2nd consective Cardinal Division Title with a 12-8 win at West Jefferson last night,,,Donson was brought in with runners at first and second base with nobody out in the 5th inning of a 7-7ballgame...Donsom got out of inning with no damage and pitched 3 innings in relief to go 8-0 on the season......getting his 25th career game leaving him 3 short of Tyler Webbs all time mark.....Donson is also closing in on Fisher's career strikeout record....Donson is also hitting at a .346 clip when not pitching and playing rightfield for the Irish.....Donson will pitch Fisher's last league game against Grandview monday......Congrads ''DANGEROUS DELIVERY'' ....get number 9 monday..... :-D :!:

Tyler is actually currently playing for Ohio Valley Christian in Parkersburg. He took a couple of years off from playing while attending OU but is now back on the diamond. He was actually my assistant JV coach at Fairfield Union a few years ago. He was definitely Coach Conrad's go to guy on the mound for the Irish in his day!

By the way...Donson is definitely getting it done for Fisher, as he has been now for a few years. My only concern is the health of his arm. They use him an awful lot. He's pitched numerous times this year in back to back nights. For instance he'll start one night and pitch 4 innings then come in the next night and relieve for 3 or 4 innings. Or he'll relieve 3 or 4 innings two nights in a row. I'm sure he's a tough kid, but that's tough on a high school kid's arm. I hope he'll be okay for the next level. What are his plans? Has he signed anywhere? Is he playing for Post 11 again this summer?

Frozen Rope....yes Donson's plan on playing for Post 11 again this summer....and think the coaches have done a good job watching him this year....He has barely pitched 50 innings this year ...and has happened he has had to pitch in relief after throwing another game...but he's their ace and has really worked hard preparing for his senior year.....still throwing with Alan...every sunday and he's a great role model for him and yes he has alot of schools looking at him...kinda going to wait before saying who....but he's a tough kid and a better young man.....know his dad well and he...is a good coach and knows his baseball....got good genes.....starting against Grandview tonite or  :-D :!: tommorow depending if field is ready,,,,
