Most people in southeast Ohio know nothing about Frontier and River. Who are the Cougars?

Frontier has a tradition of good baseball. Always has solid pitching. Noah West pitched shutout.
Cougars were state runnerup in 1980. They face Conotton Valley in 2nd round.
