PREMIER ATHLETE SHOWCASE 2010

“Showcasing Athletic Ability of Female and Male Athletes.”

When: Sunday, May 2, 2010 Where: Zanesville High School Football Stadium
$50 Fee
Registration: 9:00-10:00 a.m. Showcase begins: 10:00 a.m. sharp


The purpose of this showcase is twofold. We want college coaches, from all sports, men’s and women’s, to attend this showcase so they can see their potential recruits in action without breaking any current NCAA RULES.

We want elite female and male athletes to show up and be prepared to be measured and tested in every conceivable way that would benefit the athlete and any college coach who may have an interest in recruiting them.

Female and male athletes will be tested in the following areas:

20 Yard dash: Two attempts, Timed on first movement

40 Yard Dash: Two attempts, Timed on first movement

Pro Agility Shuttle: Two attempts, Timed on first movement

L Drill: Two attempts, Timed on first movement

Vertical Jump: Two attempts, Static start no step

Broad Jump: Two attempts, Feet behind the line

Standing long jump: Two attempts, Feet behind the line

Bench Press: Weights offered: 225, 185, 135, and 65 lbs.

Plyometric boxes: Show your speed and agility on different heights.

Obstacle Course: This will be a fun but good test of strength and stamina

The girls and boys will be tested and timed separately.

Showcase test results will be posted on http://www.ghsportsservices.com/ for each participant.

Participants and parents will also receive free information and consulting on the recruiting process from the staff of Greg Hamilton Sports Services.

T Shirt and lunch provided for all participants.
