Game Tyme Defenders, this is the teams first year we still need a couple of players. We are looking for tournaments and we also will be hosting some tournaments we are located in Hanging rock Ohio

We still have openings for 12U in each of our tournaments:

For 2015 we have scheduled 4 tournaments.

We will take the teams who register on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Once we get each tournament to our maximum number of teams entered then we will cut off registration.
If you plan to attend any dates, please get your team registered to make sure you have your spot.

July 3,4,5 - Independence weekend showdown
July 24,25,26 - Summer Slammin Tournament - INCLUDES 18U
August 14,15,16 - Summer Fastpitch Classic

Buckeye Elite Fast Pitch will be hosting a non sanctioned tournament May 2nd and 3rd at the Portsmouth, OH Little League Fields near Branch Rickey Park (home of the SSU baseball team). We are hoping for 8u, 9 u, 10u, and 12u divisions. Interested teams can contact Steve 740-352-1822 or Keenan 740-464-2622. Cost for 9u, 10u, 12u is $300. Cost for 8U is $200. 8U division will be coach pitch. Awards will be given out for top two finishers in each division. With enough interest the 9U division will be separate from the 10U division. This would be a good local tournament to start in the early part of the season. The Tri-State Pride have on May 30-31st in Portsmouth as well that usually brings in competitive competition. The Kentucky Crush also host a handful of tournaments locally, but I haven't seen the dates yet.

Thanks for the replies I'm new to all this and so is all my team. I will talk it over with the parents and see what we can agree on. I was also wondering if there is any local teams, that would be interested in doing a league at our field? I was thinking 12 game season then single elimination tournament for $500 entry fee. We would play doubleheader games, and I would be flexible with the schedule to make sure we can get our games in. The Champion would get free entry for next year league, upto 12 Championship shirts and a team trophy. Let me know how this sounds and any suggestion you may have thanks for reading.

Age groups: 8U (coach pitch), 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U.
4 games guaranteed: 3 pool play games to determine seeding on Saturday and then single elimination on Sunday.

KY ASA Crush the Ball Northern Qualifier
Location: Easy Walker Park in Mt. Sterling, KY
Date: July 25th – 26th
Age groups: 8U (coach pitch), 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U.
4 games guaranteed: 3 pool play games to determine seeding on Saturday and then single elimination on Sunday.

$250 entry fee for 8U
Fee payment, ASA registration and Proof of Insurance are all due at the time of registration. Limited number of teams accepted.
Multi team discount of $50 (has to be two teams from the same organization).
