Falcons (17-5, 9-4) hosts Wheelersburg Tuesday 5-13 to close out regular season.
Kelsey Conkey broke the previous career strikeout record set by Jessica Moore (1992-95) of 709, on her 2nd strikeout of the game in the first inning.
She finished with 10 k's on the evening, giving her a total of 718 with one more regular season game plus tournament games to play.
Congrats, plus we honored 5 seniors tonight as well. Best of luck to Abby Fuhrmann, Kelsey Conkey, Jordyn Pennington, Haley Johnson and Courtney Cook the rest of the school year and into college or career field.
