Gallia Academy #99 that plays pretty much any position on the field is probably right up there with Boggs. Probably the best player in the area is the SS from Ironton, but just like the girl from Gallia the team around her is weak and probably holds them back from being talked about much. Overall Wheelersburg is probably the best team returning this year. And I'm thinking Jackson is going to be pretty good this year as well. Wellston is probably up there to. Heard SW graduated a lot last year but not for sure. If not they should be back towards the top. Overall just excited the see the kids back on the field. Rockhills queen of the hill this weekend and I plan to be there all day taking it in.captainmorgan_ wrote: Sat Mar 15, 2025 10:27 am wburg returns boggs who is prob best player in the area and a strong pitcher. not sure who else. does anyone have a link to their schedule?
[/quoteBurg just played Ironton last week and IMO Boggs is way above irontons shortstop level I'm not saying that maybe irontons ss might improve also Burg has the best cf in the area and probably right field also #5 has a cannon for an arm Burg starting catcher got hurt first game os the year so the put #2 freshman Jennings she has defensively Burgs defense is really good imo the only wat they get stopped in the playoffs is if they have an off night from the offense hint hint last year it happened but anyways Goodluck to all softball teams in the area

On track for another SEO championship, for the class of '25. What a year for many schools across the region.
