I like them just where they are!...and anyway it’s not Jackson that needs the athletes playing softball, it’s their FAC opponents.Between the Lines wrote: ↑Fri May 18, 2018 12:18 pm
Ironman92 if you find a few extra shot putters you might want to send them to SSU. Lancaster & Jackson both more than doubled their 20 HR out put. Just kidding Oh by the way send a construction crew too. To move in the fences.

Coach Wolford really stirs up some VC fans for some reason. When he coached the football team they had weird issues with the grandeur flag pole and now he’s softball coach they have a weird obsession with the fence.
He didn’t put up the flag pole or the fence but still gets the hate for some reason

In favor to the Lancaster Gales and the Jackson Ironmen, no matter if the fence is 190' or 210' they put some numbers in the record book.
No matter a weak conference or a strong one that was a big feat for both teams. I know the Gales showed class in doing it and I imagine Jackson did too.

Like I said...Jackson had a great hitting team 5 years ago and 7 different players hit home run, still only totaled 13 or 14 on the season. Hitting 50 or whatever is crazy. I’d be ticked if I was pitching slow pitch to them and they were cranking them out left and right. For some reason that is very upsetting to juicebox. I’d be impressed to hit 50 on 150 ft fence. Maybe next year the Ironladiescan have new ground rules. Blast to the parking lot of football stadium is a HR and every other HR is a ground rule double and after 3 in a game they become automatic outs.Between the Lines wrote: ↑Fri May 18, 2018 5:22 pmIn favor to the Lancaster Gales and the Jackson Ironmen, no matter if the fence is 190' or 210' they put some numbers in the record book.
