Rock Hill lost L. U. 6 to 1 great season.

Great Run by Rock Hill, had a terrific season. The pitcher they ran into is lights out. Not a flamethrower but a girl who shows how important spin , movement and control are. Against Valley she kept her rise right at the top of the strike zone where it was hard to take. Obvioiusly with 13 K agaianst Valley and 14 against Rock Hill she is the real deal. both the Strasberg Franklin senior that shut us down (and shut out FairField in the finals) and the junior girl from Lib Union were nearly identical. lots of spin , both stay between 58-62. both locate very well. good pitching beats good hitting 75% of the time or more. just play tight D behind your ace , scratch out a couple runs every time out , and watch the W's pile up. Strasberg guy won # 600 this week. MD
